Freeman Beauty Influenster VoxBox Review

Hello Lovelies!!

press sample

I am super excited to be selected to review the Freeman Beauty Influenster VoxBox! I love a good beauty mask, especially those that are the "peel off" type.  I was sent 5 different masks, for free, to try, review and give my honest opinion.  When it comes to skin care I have always taken the extra time needed to ensure I prevent wrinkles and keep my skin hydrated.  Using a facial mask 2-3 times a week is a must in my skin care routine.  Freeman Beauty masks are not only very affordable, but they are amazing!! Your skin will love you.  I also use these on my feet, yes our tired feet need love too and what is more appropriate than a delicate mask for our face.  After a long day, ending it with a soothing facial mask and foot mask, your face and feet will love you!  I sleep like a baby afterwards!  My favorite's are the Avocado & Oatmeal Clay Mask, Oh My Gosh!! This mask goes on like butter, its cool and soothing, then as it dries, it tightens your skin, ahhhh, perfection!

The Cucumber Peel Off mask was also amazing! It too went on so soothing and cool, then while it dried I could feel my skin tightening.  I love that it actually peeled off in one try all together.  Love it!

Just for fun, I've added a silly photo I created using a neat mirror app.  Do you use facial masks?  Have you tried Freeman Beauty products?  These are so very affordable and can be purchased at Walmart  It only takes 5 minutes of your daily routine to get smooth, silky and refreshed skin!  That is all I have for you today.  Until next time, keep looking up cause that's where it all is! @freemanbeauty @influenster #FeelingBeautifulin5 #contest

Glamglaze Polish Luminous Collection

Hello Lovelies!!

press sample

Monday is here and my weekend went by in the blink of an eye!  We worked in the yard, well I should say I watched my husband work in the yard, I provided water, lol.  The weather here in Texas is crazy, one day it is cold, the next it's in the 80's, so we took advantage of the nicer weather.  Today, I have a few polishes from the Luminous Collection from Glamglaze Polish.  If you are looking for a holographic duo chrome, these are a must have!  The formula on each polish was smooth and applied with out any issues.  All photos are 3 thin coats and 1 coat over Enchanted Polish Paint it Black on my ring finger.  Let's take a look at the photo's....

First up is my favorite Radiant Prism. A gorgeous shade of holographic purple that shifts to blue and red. A stunner!!

Lambert Kiss is a beautiful holographic burgundy that shifts to gold, green and hints of blue.  Application was flawless as well.

Lucent Lapis is a stunningly gorgeous Blue duo chrome with holographic shifts of red and green.  My camera was unable to pick up the sparkle this one had.

Lustrous Gleam is a very pretty Sea Foam Green Duo Chrome with a nice amount of holo with shifts of rainbow colors, it is a must see in person.

There are 2 more polishes to this collection that I will be reviewing later this week.  Overall, this is a fabulous collection with colors that can be worn anytime of the year.  These can be worn alone, or over black.  Glamglaze has this collection and several others on her website. Be sure to follow Jessica on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on up coming release dates.  That is all I have for you today, Thank you for taking the time to read my review.  Until next time, keep looking up cause that's where it all is!!

Pinterest Inspired Leopard Print Mani

Hello Lovelies and Happy Saturday!!

Whew,  It has been a long break since the last time I was able to provide a blog post on anything related to nail polish and it feels good to be back!  Due to health reasons, I have not been able to paint my nails for about 4 months.  Finally one of the specialist I see found a medication that did make me sick or make my hands shake.  Talk about frustration an depression!  These doctors had no idea who they were dealing with, LOL a polish addict!! Now that things seem to have settled down, I am going to start off blogging at least 3 times a week, with a goal of 5 times a week.  During my down time, I searched through Pinterest looking for nail art designs that inspired me, I even created a board on Pinterest and pinned all the ones I found that I'd like to try.   Of course, my first recreation had to be that of animal print.  The minute I saw this mani, created by @simplemanicures from Webstagram, I knew it would be the one I would do first.  Not only was it Leopard Print, but it also included Pink polish and silver bling...winner-winner!! Here is my Pinterest inspired photograph:

Beautiful done with perfectly selected color combination.  I did not realize this was a stamped leopard design, until I had finished my mani.  I went to compare the photo's to see how I did, my leopard print was done free hand, I noticed the markings were just about exact.  Now, let's take a look at how mine turned out :)

There it is!! This was my 2nd attempt at free hand Leopard print design and I think I did okay.  Next time I think I will use a nail art brush to paint the design on, instead of a dotting tool.  I think my technique would greatly improve using a brush.  I used 5 different polishes, ZOYA Snow White, Cosmo and Dot, Essence Colour & Go Grey-T To Be Here and Sonnetarium Weapons of Mass Construction.  Below is a bottle shot of them all.

Animal Prints are my favorite and I was so excited to give this a try.  What are your favorite designs to create?  I'd love to get some feedback on my free hand designs.  Pinterest has become my new best friend!  I have never, until recently, gotten into the Pinterest world.....wow, was I missing out!! You can find any and everything on there, I am addicted.  That is all I have for today, Thank you for taking the time to read my blog post.  Until next time, keep looking up, cause that's where it all is!!
