Smitten Polish Ker-Bloom

Hello Lovelies!!Happy Monday!  It was a quick weekend for our household, but the weather was fantastic and we were able to plant a few more flowers.  Today I have another gorgeous polish from Smitten Polish.  This is a must have for anyone polish lover, as you will see in the photos.  Ker-Bloom is a periwinkle/cornflower linear holo, opaque in two to three coats.  I used 3 coats with a coat of HK Girl Top Coat.  Let's take a look at the photos.  These were taken in the sun and WOWZA!!

I absolutely love this shade of blue and I can already tell it will be in my top 10 of 2014! What do you think of this shade? Blue has surpassed my normal favorite color of Pink recently.  The formula and application was again flawless.  I highly recommend Smitten Polish if you have not given them a try.  This color is currently sold out, but I do believe it will be restock again in the future.  You can find Smitten Polishes HERE  I'd love to hear your feedback and comments.

Until next time, Keep looking up cause that's where it all is!!

Colors by Llarowe Love You Forever

Hello Lovelies! My hopes of being able to blog at least once a week have been shattered by my health.....I just have to stay positive and know treatment is soon on its way.  Today I have a beautiful and very meaningful polish.  Love You Forever by Colors by Llarowe is one of the Charity polishes Leah Ann created.  This polish was created for Emily and her mom.  There is a story behind it, but I was unable to locate the listing on the Llarowe website.  It is a heart warming tribute and when I wore it, It carried a special feeling.  As you will see below in the photos, it is just breath taking!! Let's take a look...........................

This was a Limited Edition polish and cannot be purchased on the Llarowe website, but you may be able to find it on Ebay or blog sales.  What do you think about this polish?  Blue has become one of my favorite colors and it looks great on any skin tone.  It a quick and short post today  Until next time, Keep looking up because that's where it all is.

CbL Young Turks

Hello Lovelies!! It's almost Friday and wow, this week has flown by.  Today I have another gorgeous polish from Leah Ann Larowe's line, Colors by Llarowe.  I have not come across any of her polishes that I didn't like, they are all fabulous in color and application! Let have a look at Young Turks.  When I saw this, I knew it would be coming to my house, but it also brought back memories of when my son did a semester of college in Greece.  The beautiful waters and atmosphere is captured in Young Turks.  In the 1st photo, I decided to use a ring I received as a gift from a very dear friend.  Look at that GORGEOUS color of blue in the stone!! She has an Etsy shop, I will provide those details in a moment.

I wore this polish for a good week with out any chipping and minimal tip wear.  This gorgeous color can be worn year round, IMO, its stunning!  Many of you already know how to get your hands on her polishes, which is online at HERE  Regarding the beautiful ring, my friend Kimberly has a shop on Etsy HERE She carries vintage items and creates one of a kind rings.  If you are looking for a OOAK gift or a little something for yourself, check out her shop, it is amazing.  That's all for today. What do you think of Young Turks?  Do you own and Cbl polishes?  I'd love to hear from you.  Until next time, Keep looking up, because that's where it all is.

KBShimmer Green Hex & Glam

Hello Lovelies!!

I have another gorgeous polish to share with you by KBShimmer.  When I saw Green Hex & Glam on Valesha's blog post, I immediately knew I had to have it.  I have never been a fan of green until now!! ( as you can see from my previous post too )  Let's take a look at the 3 photo's I have to share with you.  Not only is this a beautiful color, but the application was flawless.  I could have gone with out a top coat!! Yes, with out a top coat, that is how smooth the formula is!  I did use 1 coat of HK Girl Top Coat.

Green Hex & Glam is in my Top Ten list.  The following information was taken from the description on KBShimmer's website:

Green hex And Glam was actually a custom polish for Kayla’s 3 year blogaversary, but I knew it would also be a perfect Christmas shade!  She wanted a green version on I Got A Crush On Blue.  I recreated that custom, with a deep green jelly base.  I then loaded that base with silver holographic hex glitters in sizes from micro to extra-large for an ultra-sparkly polish.  Best in 3 coats

Type: Jelly
Glitter Load: Medium
Glitter Size: Small to Extra Large
Recommended Coats: 3 Coats
Notes:  To reduce fishing for extra large glitters, turn bottle upside down for a few minutes before application.

For my application, I used Stuck on Blue base coat and HK Girl Top Coat  These fabulous products can be purchased from Jill at GLISTEN & GLOW   For the polish I used the recommended application of 3 coats, it not only dried fairly fast, but I could have gone with out a top coat.  Never have I come across a glitter polish that dried smooth.  You can find Green Hex & Glam and other beauties online at KBSHIMMER  I am looking forward to purchasing more from Christy :)  Do you own any KBShimmer polishes?  Which ones?  Thank you for reading my blog post today.  Until next time, Keep looking up because that's where it al is.
