Today I have a beautiful polish to share with you from The Devil Wears Polish. I am a PPH = Pink Polish Hoarder and when I saw Pink Panther, I immediately knew I had to order it. Pink Panther is bright neon holographic polish and the formula is flawless! This is my third purchase from TDWP and I have to say her formula on all 3 are amazing. In my photo's I used KBShimmer Base coat, 2 coats of Pink Panther and KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat. Let's take a look at the photo's.....
