Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a glorious weekend. It certainly went by super fast for me. Today my Camp Gladiator workouts started back up and I'm so excited to continue my journey to losing weight and get in shape. We had our week of rest last week and now it's off to the next 4 week session. It's an awesome experience and I never thought I would be able to do all the exercises we do outside at 5:30 in the morning,(there are evening times too) but my trainer is very encouraging and supportive, and I'm able to push though it! I should do a post on my progress!!
