Contouring and Highlighting - Does it really work PART 2

Good Morning Lovelies!! Its F-R-I-D-A-Y!! I am ready for the weekend  We are finally supposed to have nice weather.  Anyone have big plans?  Today is another quick post on Contouring and Highlighting.  It really does work! For many years I thought it was ridiculous, for what seemed to be globing on a ton of makeup in certain areas of your face.  All that came to thought was " what happens if you get caught in the rain, or start sweating" will you have lines down your face?  In todays high tech world of makeup, there are things that now prevent us from issues of such nature.  There are now face primers and Urban Decay has a fabulous creation called All Nighter. It is a "setting" spray for makeup, which can be used before you apply make up and after, and it WORKS!

I found a few more WOWZA photo's on Instagram that I'd like to share with you.  This is the work of a very talented Makeup Artist, Brian Champagne.  I started following him on IG and find his work mesmerizing.  When he does contouring and highlighting, it DOES work!!  Take a look at a few of his transformations........

The 2nd photo, took my breath away!  I am now a contouring and highlighting gal.  In my last post, I posted pic tutorials on how to apply the magical trick.  When I started testing this out, I practiced with BB creams and my concealers.  I wanted to make sure I had the application down pat, before I went out and spent money on a good set from Anastasia Beverly Hills.  So what do you think about this miracle trick?  Have you tried doing it?  I'd love to hear your thoughts.  You can follow Brian by clicking HERE He also has a website, you can view by clicking HERE  That is all I have for you today, until next time, Keep looking up because that's where is all is,

  1. I think I've got most of the highlighting and contouring pix on Pinterest pinned by now...LOL! But that second one...wow, just wow.

I think it just takes practice and the right products and applicators...I keep trying! I can see some benefit, maybe not as much as these amazing pics, but will keep working at it nonetheless :D

    1. Isn't it azaming, that 2nd photo!! I use the Beauty. Blender for a night time look and a flat top Make up brush for a Daytime look. I actually like the results using both BB cream and concealer. It does take practice!! Thank you for reading my blog ❤️
