The Born Prett Store | Floral Nail Wraps

Hello Hello Hello!!

What an amazing Christmas I had with my family on Christmas Eve.  My sister had all 5 of her kids and they all excited for Santa to arrive.  I tracked Santa for them most of the night and they all told me the stories of their 2 Elf on the Shelf.  The gleam in their eyes when they told me all the different places they've found them and that every night they go to the North Pole to report to their behavior to Santa.  It was so cute and heart warming,  My oldest nephew said they had babies, but they didn't come back this year.  I told them that the babies probably went to visit children that were less fortunate to bring them holiday cheer and they all smiled big at that idea.  I'm sad that Christmas is over, but will cherish all the memories.  I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

For today's review, I have the neatest floral nail art stickers from The Born Pretty Store to share with your you.  The Born Pretty Store is my favorite place to shop for all my nail art supplies, everything ships free and it doesn't take long at all.  It's totally worth the wait! You can even save an additional 10% off all regular priced items, when you use the code HYSQ10 at check out.  These stickers are SO easy to apply and it only takes a few seconds too.  The best part, you do not have to wait for them to dry.  These are perfect for anyone on the go or moms who have little time for their nails. They are so versatile, you can use them as an accent nail, which is what I did or use them on all your nails.  I wore this mani for a week with out any lifting!! Let's take a look....

Wednesday's with Lynnderella | The Moon Maid Me - Limited Edition

Hello Hello Hello!

::Press Sample/Affiliate::
I am so excited that the holidays are here and tomorrow is Christmas Eve!! This is my favorite time of the year to relax, spend time with my family and make new memories.  Santa will soon be here and we all will get to burst open our gifts! I do know most of the things my husband got me, but he did venture out on his own and got me a few things that I cannot wait to open.  I may be a grown adult, but on the inside, I'm just like a kid, shaking all the gifts under the tree! Haha!

Onto to today's Lynnderella review! I simply adore microglitters, especially ones with a flawless formula.  The Moon Maid is a Limited Edition and is a stunning deep Violet, with shifty multi-shimmered microglitter accents and Purple metallic sparks.  It is a stunning combination and the application was so smooth.  This is a one coater too.  Out of habit, I did apply 2 coats, followed by a layer of HK Girl Top Coat.  I decided to try a little bit of freehand nail art too.  It isn't perfect, but I am happy with how this turned out and it was nail art that anyone can do.  Just a few messy strokes in the corners and viola!

I absolutely love The Moon Maid Me, its one you certainly need to add to your collection.  You can bid on this Limited Edition on the Ebay Lynnderella store.  I will leave all the links below.  The clock is ticking and I need to wrap this review up.  Headed to get a few last minute gifts after work. I wish that everyone has a safe and Happy Holiday! That is all I have for you today.  Thank you for taking the time to read my little blog.  Until next time, keep looking up cause that's where it all is!

Wednesday's with Lynnderella | Gray Was Having a Blue Day

Hello Hello Hello!!

::Press Sample/Affiliate::

Where did this year go? I can't even fathom that next week is Christmas already!! I've had my tree up since mid November and I'm already getting sad that I'll soon be taking the tree down.  Christmas is my favorite time of the year.  I love giving gifts and watching everyone open them. I'm always the last one to open my gifts and I prefer it that way.  For the first time in a long time, I got all my shopping done early.  It's going to be an extra special Christmas this year for several reasons.  My husband and I will celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary on December 24th, wow how time flies! Plus, with me now working, I was able to spend a little extra on everyone's gifts.  Are you ready for the holidays?

I always look forward to my weekly Wednesday's with Lynnderella blog post.  Even though I do not have a lot of blog followers and I rarely get any comments, I still love blogging.  Lynnderella Lacquers is one if my favorite Indie makers and I feel very blessed to have been chosen to blog for them.  For all of those who love blue holographic microglitters...this review is for you :) Lynnderella's Gray Was Havung a Blue Day, is from the core line, The Glitteracy Program.  It is a Dusty Periwinkle microglitter with a beautiful holographic edge, monochromatic accents and a gorgeous blue glow.in a clear base.  Depending on application, coverage may be opaque in two coats.  Which is exactly true! I could have gotten away with a single coat, but added a second coat to add depth to the color.  IRL, the color leans more blue than periwinkle, it is simply stunning.  The application was flawless, not thick at all and applied smoothly.  I finished with a single coat of HK Girl Top Coat.  Let's take a look...

Ahhhh, it is such a beautiful creation!  You can instantly purchase Grey Was Having a Blue day from either Lynnderella online store.  I will leave the links below.  What do you think?  Will you add this to your Lynnderella collection?  That is all I have for you today.  Until next time, keep looking up cause that's where is all is!

Wednesday's with Lynnderella | Foudre for Thought - Limited Edition

Hello Hello Hello!!

::Press Sample/Affiliate::
I am finally done with training for my new job and that means no more traveling to Dallas each week, like I've been doing for the last 3 weeks.  I started working from home Monday and I am loving it! Now that my life is getting back to normal, so will my blog posts.

Lynnderella Lacquers never ceases to amaze me and today's review is a stunner.  Foudre for Thought contains Lilac-Pink-Orchid holographic microglitters accented with holographic and matte lightning bolts, stars and dots all gorgeously packed in a Lilac-shimmered clear base. * swoon * Depending on application, opacity can be achieved in one of two coats.  Ladies and Gents, this polish is a head turner!! The beauty of it all comes to life the minute you apply it, it's simply divine.  The formula is on FLEEK and applies so, so smoothly.  I used 2 thin coats followed by 1 coat of HK Girl Top Coat and I finished with a single coat of Darling Diva PETC.  Let's take a look....

This is such a unique color and I totally love the little lightening bolts.  Foudre for Thought is a Limited Edition polish that can be bid on in an auction style listing in their Ebay store.  I will leave all the links below.  There is something magical that happens when a holographic microglitter polish is created and Foudre for Thought does not disappoint!  Will you add this to your collection?  That is all I have for you today.  Until next time, keep looking up cause that's where it all is!!

Born Pretty Store | Stamping Plate BPL-032

Hello Hello Hello!!

Press Sample/Affiliate

I am finally working from home and it's going great.  It feels weird, I have to admit, working in my PJ's, but I'm totally loving it!! I'm a newbie to stamping, you wouldn't think so by looking at my collection of plates and stampers, LOL! I still haven't perfected the stamping technique yet, but I am having fun practicing.  Today I have a really neat Christmas plate to share with you form the Born Pretty Store, BPL-032.  This plate has just about every Christmas image needed, even a few to create an "Ugly Sweater" mani.  I used 4 of the images, to show you how versatile this plate is.  It took me a few times to get the image to grasp on to my stamper, but I think that was operator error.  Let's take a look.  I used stamping polish from JOSS over CBL Santa Baby, followed by a coat of HK Girl Top Coat.

Cute plate, right?  The Born Pretty store has a nice variety of stamping plates and you can save 10% off all regular priced items by using code HYSQ10 at check out. Are you a stamper?  I really love stamped nail art and look forward to trying out a few more plates from The Born Pretty Store.  That is all I have for you today.  Until next time, keep looking up, cause that's where it all is!

Hello Hello Hello!

::Press Sample/Affiliate::
Now that we are all recovering from the Turkey Holiday, it's time to gear up for the Christmas holidays! I will admit, I love, love the Christmas holidays and put my tree up 2 weeks ago. It was the year that it was time to get a new tree and retire the one I've had for over 15 years.  Since it is my tree, I went and bought myself a Pink Christmas tree!! Yes, my love for Pink and animal print is indeed shown in my tree.  I've included a photo below :) Do you put up your tree early too?

On to today's blog review....Since it is finally cold here, this polish fits the weather.  Mermaid Smoothie may sounds tropical, but it reminds me of a beautiful pond that is frozen over.  Mermaid Smoothie is a beautiful Limited Edition that is made with real mermaids Blended with Aqua, Cyan and holographic microglitter, in a multi shimmered translucent Teal-Aqua base. In other words, it is jam packed full of Mermaidliscious beauty!! Depending on application, opacity can be achieved in one of two coats.  The formula was not only amazing, but applied smoothly too.  I used 2 coats with a coat of HK girl Top Coat.  It has such gorgeous sparkle and unique color, the sparkle and bling affect is distracting!  Let's take a look....

Holographic microglitters are one of my favorite types of polish to wear.  Mermaid Smoothie is a Lynnderella Limited Edition and can be bid on in an Auction Style listing on their Ebay store.  I will leave all the links below.  Mermaid Smoothie is indeed a polish that I think everyone needs!  That is all I have for you today.  Until next time, keep looking up cause that's where is all is!
