What a day for me today. A few doctor appointments and I decide to attend TWO, yes two Camp Gladiator session, back to back. That's hard core boot camp workouts! I am feeling it in my legs and lower back and I don't think I'll do that ever again. I'll keep to my 5:30 am or 6:30 pm work outs Monday-Friday. I am 20 pounds away from achieving my goal weight and makes my total weight loss of 83 pounds! Yes, thanks to Lyrica, I gained an embarrassing 100lbs, by not fault of my own and have busted my ass to take the weight off all on my own, no surgeries like that stomach thing some women do to lose weight. I'm happy with my progress and if you'd like to know how I've lost the weight, leave me a comment.
