I hope you are having a fantastic week thus far. I am on week two of my road to becoming healthy by attending Camp Gladiator at 5:30 am on Mon/Wed/Fri. My body has finally gotten ride of all the painful soreness that comes with squats! CG is a kick ass boot camp that will whip you into shape in no time and is for both men and women. I'm not up to speed with everyone, but our trainer is awesome and the group I workout with is so very supportive. I'm looking forward to the next few months of being able to go full force!
